Automatic Step (Myelomeningocele)

1-day-old girl with a sacral myelomeningocele. The automatic gait can be induced promptly and occurs normally. No deformities of the feet are visible. In this newborn with sacral myelomeningocele no motor deficit of the legs is recognizable.
