Enlargement Breast Region (Differential Diagnosis as before)

tubr_20a_n.jpg and tubr_20b_n.jpg: 5.4-year-old boy with an enlargement of the left breast region and a similar mass on the right side. The transversely running swelling crosses the region of the breast in direction of the midline and is mainly located within the two lower quadrants; it is smooth and lobular on palpation ( tubr_20a_n.jpg). In addition, laterally to the right breast there is a similar mass running in a vertical direction ( tubr_20b_n.jpg). Due to the typical local and operative findings on inspection and palpation, as well as the histological examination, there are two lipomas.
