Multilocular Mass (Differential Diagnosis as before)

Left anterior chest wall in a 2.5-year-old boy with multiple cystic masses adjacent to the left mammilla. In this case, too, a cystic lymphangioma of the chest wall is the clinical diagnosis. During excision of the cystic lymphangioma, the mammary gland must be preserved in girls.
