Unilateral Breast Enlargement (Differential Diagnosis as before)
tubr_02_n.jpg: 13.5-year-old boy with enlarged left breast and prominent areola and nipple. The overlying skin is non-irritable.
tubr_16b_n.jpg: Also the right testis is distinctly enlarged. In addition, there are hairy external genitals with growth of the penis and the contralateral testis.
tubr_16c_n.jpg: Preparation of the right testis after removal. A capsulated,
homogeneous yellowish discolored tumor becomes visible with distinct vessels.
In this case the unilateral enlargement is due to an endocrinologically active testicular tumor and not to simple developmental gynaecomastia.
