Unilateral Breast Enlargement (Differential Diagnosis as before)

A capsulated, homogeneous yellowish discolored tumor becomes visible with distinct vessels. In this case the unilateral enlargement is due to an endocrinologically active testicular tumor and not to simple developmental gynaecomastia.
