Eminence Navel Base (Differential Diagnosis as before)

Navel of a 6.2-year-old girl with an excentric and caudally displaced eminence; the mass is grey and has fine vessels on its surface. The diagnosis is not a small umbilical hernia but a skin tumor of the midline; in this case an epidermoid cyst. It must be removed due to the danger of infection and for the differential diagnosis.
