underneath the thin skin of the left scrotum irregularly and sinuously prominent
blood vessels. ($$skro_15??££see picture for comparison§§).
A rarely observed clinical sign in torsion of the testis is a localized skin retraction.
Abnormal site, pain on palpation, and absent cremasteric reflex are nearly always
present in testicular torsion.
