Reflux Nephropathy (Urinary Tract Infection/VUR)
IVU of a girl after bilateral vesicoureteral reflux.
It shows a small right kidney with deformity of the renal calices, normal-sized left kidney with deformed calices of the upper and lower caliceal groups.
This case is an example of bilateral reflux nephropathy, with shrinkage of the right kidney and focal scars of the left renal upper and lower pole.
