Esophagogastrography 2 (Reflux)
Esophagogastrography in a 9-year-old boy with disturbances of swallowing.
From the top to the bottom there is a dilated esophagus which continues funnel-shaped in a narrow and again - after the distance of one vertebral body hight - in a normally wide esophagus.
It is also a long-distance peptic stenosis with a prestenotic dilatation of the two- to threefold calibre of the distal esophagus supporting a long-standing complication of reflux with esophagitis. The seemingly normal distal esophagus exhibits irregular wall contours as a sign of persistent esophagitis !£haem_13_p£!.
