Small Penis (DD Abormal External Genitals)

External genitals of a 2.3-year-old boy with an intermediate type of hypospadias. The hypospadias is not visible in this picture. The length of the unstretched penis is only 1.5 cm including a surplus of prepuce on the dorsal side. The scrotum is developing, but is empty at the moment the picture was taken. The diagnosis is micropenis in hypospadias. Micropenis is observed mainly in posterior types of hypospadias. It is also seen as an isolated malformation.
