Labioscrotal Folds (Hypospadias)

4.2-year-old child with empty labioscrotal folds and with a structure like a trumpet between them. The first clinical impression may be one of intersexual external genitals. Only the clinical skills quoted among 'Clinical presentation' allow the diagnosis of scrotal hypospadias ($$geni_6??££see alternate figure§§) . In case of uncertainty, additional examinations are needed.
