Hypomenorrhea (Genital Bleeding)

gebl_8a_n.jpg and gebl_8b_n.jpg: Analogous case as in gebl_7a_n.jpg to gebl_7e_n.jpg; nevertheless, an intermittent genital bleeding of little amount has been observed. gebl_8a_n.jpg: The lumen of the vagina is closed except for a small orifice which delivers some blood. gebl_8b_n.jpg: The orifice may be calibrated with a usual probe with some difficulties. gebl_8a_n.jpg and gebl_8b_n.jpg: The diagnosis is partial membraneous atresia of the vagina at the transition to the upper third. The intermittent genital bleeding as such does not allow to suspect exclusively such an anomaly.
