Papilloma (Interlabial Mass)
5.1-year-old girl with intermittent genital bleeding. On inspection an intralabial mass is visible which lies on the right circumference of the urethral orifice and has a granular surface.
Notice the normal course of the frenulum in $$gebl_01??££figure for comparison§§ (with a concave, not convex course). The asymmetry and the granular surface of the lesion do not fit the picture of a prolapse of the urethra. The diagnosis is periurethral papilloma which is cured after total excision.
