Perianal Warts (Loss of Blood from the Anus/Vagina)
Girl with numerous warts around the anus.
The diagnosis is condyloma acuminata which leads to pain during defecation and loss
of blood by the anus.
This type of warts occurs in girls mostly on the posterior part of the introitus of the vagina, at the labia minora, and in the anterior part of the vagina, which may be the cause of genital bleeding.
The treatment is urgent and demanding, and must consider a possible sexual abuse in girls prior to puberty.
