Frontoparietal Epidermoid Cyst

2.9-year-old boy: Lateral to the left eyebrow and below the black line there is a painless, firm mass adherent to the periosteum; the skin over the mass is lifted and non-irritant. The mass has been slowly increasing in size since birth. The diagnosis is a frontoparietal epidermoid cyst on the left side. Differential diagnosis: Pilomatrixoma.
