Sternocostal (Morgagni) Hernia (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia)

View from the opened thoracic cavity on the diaphragm. A triangular opening is visible whose borders are held with three forceps. It is the hernia sac of a sternocostally situated left Morgagni diaphragmatic hernia in a 3-year-old girl with Turner syndrome.
